JOB DESCRIPTION

Education Officer- Apprenticeship and BTEC

A great opportunity has arisen to work as an Education Oficer within our Academy.

Working full time, you will play a key role in the Education Department that will work to share lead responsibility of delivery across the apprenticeship programme, having specific delivery responsibilities relating to the BTEC and core management of the Sporting Excellence Professional Standard qualifications.

As an Education Officer, you will also engage with players and other stakeholders to facilitate effective transition strategies to support players entering and exiting the Youth Academy (14-18) age groups.

Women and Academy Goalkeeping Coach- Fixed Term Contract until 31st July 2025

A great opportunity has arisen to work within our Women and Girl's department as a Women's and Academy Goalkeeping Coach.

The role is a fixed term position ending on 31st July 2025 and you will be working part time-16 hours per week.

Working alongside the Women's and Boys Academy staff, you will develop and train goalkeepers within the Women, girls and boys Academy Programme in line with Wolves playing philosophy.

Recently, we have relaunched Wolves Lottery. As one of the biggest football lotteries in the UK right now, we've partnered with our new charities- Wolves Foundation & Wolverhampton Royal NHS Trust.

You would be an integral part in helping the local community of Wolverhampton by supporting and raising awareness for all of our charities along with our Wolves Academy.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will positively promote our charity partners along with helping increase our weekly memberships.

Working within a local area, you will work part time (20 hours per week)- 4 hours per day.

An opportunity to deliver on our Football Development activities at one or more of our locations: Wolverhampton, Telford, Shrewsbury, Codsall, Newport, Cannock or Stafford and to support the international programme.

Matchday Lottery (scratch card sales) Staff

A pack that is hungry for success, Wolves is one of the fastest-growing professional football clubs in the UK, proudly showcasing one of the richest histories in the beautiful game. We are committed to building on our legacy and achieving new heights together.

It is for this reason that we are currently looking to expand the number of sellers to support the sales of Wolves Lottery scratch cards on Matchdays in the corporate hospitality areas and within the general stand concourses within the Molineux Stadium.

Do you have an excellent work ethic?  Are you enthusiastic? Motivated? Do you understand the importance of customer information & keeping it secure? If yes, This could be the role for you.

As a Matchday lottery seller, you will confidently sell scratch cards on our matchdays within hospitality areas. Here you will interact with members of the public showing them your expertise and excellent communication skills so that you can build an immediate face to face rapport & build relationships to inspire them to contribute their support for the Wolves Lottery.

There will be times where you need to use your own initiative, hold strong administration skills & have an ability to use payment systems such as contactless card machines.

Previous customer facing knowledge and experience is essential within the role.

You will work on matchdays which can be either be evenings or weekends on a casual basis for 2-3 hours per week.

Turnstile Operator (Casual)

To admit spectators, check tickets.

Turnstile operators are not expected to be involved with searching or ejecting spectators or dealing with conflict. Their role is specific, and they will be expected to call on a supervisor or specialist stewards for assistance in dealing with any incident at their turnstile.

Host Families Required

Wolves are seeking host families who can provide accommodation for Academy players aged 14-19 years. Our ideal Host family provision will be able to offer our young players a stable, safe and comfortable environment. We believe our players perform better on the pitch when they are settled and content at home.

At Wolves we pride ourselves on a nurturing environment and we want our players to fulfil their potential both ON and OFF the pitch.
