HR Manager- Employee Relations (12-18 Month Fixed Term Contract)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Wolverhampton Wanderers as an HR Manager- Employee Relations (Fixed Term Contract).
We are seeking a highly capable Employee Relations professional with a proven track record of operating in complex, fast-paced environments. This is a hands on, operational role where you will work in close partnership with stakeholders across the Club and the wider HR team, managing highly sensitive and complex employee relations matters.
You will play a key role in delivering expert ER support, alongside contributing to the development of HR policies, strengthening governance frameworks, and overseeing a diverse range of employment and engagement arrangements, including the review and audit of casual workers.
As Employee Relations Lead, you will drive the delivery of a proactive, high quality ER service across all areas of the Club. You will ensure that people practices are fair, consistent and legally compliant, while supporting a high performance culture through effective decision making, risk mitigation, and the promotion of a positive and inclusive working environment across football, commercial and business operations.
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) offered on a 12–18 month fixed-term contract.
