Community Connector (Wolves Foundation)

This vacancy is with the Wolves Foundation, the official charity of Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club. 

To support the implementation and delivery of the Building Brighter Futures project. The project aims to support individuals to maximise their knowledge and confidence to manage their own wellbeing and build resilience. The role will work with individuals who require advice, support and guidance and connect them with a host of services across the city, providing assistance in accessing this support.

Fixed-Term until September 2026.

Security Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within our Security department as a Security Officer, working at either Molineux or Compton on a minimum of 30.25 hours per week on a rolling shift pattern.

There is expectation of weekend work and matchdays.

As a Security officer, you will be required to maintain a safe and secure environment, acting as a visual deterrent, prevent loss prevention, completing reports and company documentation.

You will provide a professional, responsive and observant security presence & your duties will be varied and can include elements of reception duties, as well as customer facing duties, patrolling and site inspections.

Field Sales Representative (Wolves Lottery)

Are you motivated?, Do you have a drive to succeed?, Do you have good geographical knowledge of the local area?  Are you confident in selling ideas & influencing others? If so, this could be the role for you.

We are seeking an experienced field sales representative who is motivated, can manage their own time, has strong administration skills & can exceed our weekly sales targets.

As a representative, you will need to hold a full clean driving license. The role is part time, and you will be working 20 hours per week (4 hours per day) in local areas canvassing the Wolves brand and positively promoting our supported charities partners.

Here you will interact with members of the public, building an immediate face to face rapport & relationship to inspire others to contribute their support.

Matchday Lottery (scratch card sales) Staff

It is for this reason that we are currently looking to expand the number of sellers to support the sales of Wolves Lottery scratch cards on Matchdays in the corporate hospitality areas and within the general stand concourses within the Molineux Stadium.

Do you have an excellent work ethic?  Are you enthusiastic? Motivated? Do you understand the importance of customer information & keeping it secure? If yes, This could be the role for you.

As a Matchday lottery seller, you will confidently sell scratch cards on our matchdays within hospitality areas. Here you will interact with members of the public showing them your expertise and excellent communication skills so that you can build an immediate face to face rapport & build relationships to inspire them to contribute their support for the Wolves Lottery.

There will be times where you need to use your own initiative, hold strong administration skills & have an ability to use payment systems such as contactless card machines.

Previous customer facing knowledge and experience is essential within the role.

You will work on matchdays which can be either be evenings or weekends on a casual basis for 2-3 hours per week.

To admit spectators, check tickets.

Turnstile operators are not expected to be involved with searching or ejecting spectators or dealing with conflict. Their role is specific, and they will be expected to call on a supervisor or specialist stewards for assistance in dealing with any incident at their turnstile.

Host Families Required

Wolves are seeking host families who can provide accommodation for Academy players aged 14-19 years. Our ideal Host family provision will be able to offer our young players a stable, safe and comfortable environment. We believe our players perform better on the pitch when they are settled and content at home.

At Wolves we pride ourselves on a nurturing environment and we want our players to fulfil their potential both ON and OFF the pitch.
