Wolves under-21s travel to face Sheffield United in the Premier League Cup on Tuesday evening.
The Old Gold are in action in the competition for the second time in six days, after James Collins’ side opened their group stage with a 4-0 victory over Huddersfield Town last Thursday.
Goals from Hayden Carson, Fletcher Holman, Matty Whittingham and Owen Farmer ensured the perfect start in Group D and a first win of the campaign for the youngsters.
Wolves sit top of the group, but are level on points with the Blades who also picked up all three following a 1-0 success over Sunderland.
Sheffield United have made a flying start to their Professional Development League campaign, sitting seven points clear at the top of the division.
The Blades have won four and drawn one of their opening four games, meaning they have picked up 13 points from a possible 15.
