Wolves discover Carabao Cup third round opponents

Wolves have been drawn at home to Everton in the third round of the 2025/26 Carabao Cup.

The draw was made on Wednesday evening, and paired Vitor Pereira’s side against their Premier League rivals from Merseyside for a repeat of this weekend's top flight clash.

Wolves made it into the third round of the competition following a dramatic late win over West Ham United at Molineux on Tuesday evening.

The Old Gold’s first win of the season saw Rodrigo Gomes hit Wolves’ first goal of the new term, before Jorgen Stand Larsen’s brace secured a come from behind victory over their Premier League rivals. While Everton reached this stage of the competition after a 2-0 win against Mansfield Town on Wednesday night.

The sides will now go head-to-head for a place in the fourth round of the competition, with the fixture set to take place at Molineux during either the week commencing 15th or 22nd September.
