Thanks to a strong run of results and performances in the Sky Bet Championship last month, Wolves Head Coach Nuno Espirito Santo and wing-back Barry Douglas have both have been nominated for a November award.
Wolves’ scintillating form in November has seen Nuno nominated for the Sky Bet Championship Manager of the Month. Nuno’s side won all four of their league games, scoring 14 goals in the process. Putting four goals past Leeds United and five against Bolton were the highlights, with their two other wins coming against Reading and Fulham, both 2-0.
Wolves wing-back Barry Douglas has been in excellent form over the last month, and has seen his performances recognised after being nominated for the Sky Bet Championship Player of the Month for November. The 28-year-old set-up or scored the opening goal in every league game in which he was involved, contributing three assists and one goal.
Winners of the awards will be announced tomorrow.
