Friday's episode of Wolves Express looks ahead to this weekend's WSL 2 clash between Wolves Women and Watford at Telford's SEAH Stadium.
Wolves have won both of their opening two league matches on home soil this season having been promoted into the professional women's leagues for the first ever time and Dan McNamara's side are looking to make it three from three when they host Watford on Sunday afternoon.
The manager is up first on Friday's edition of the club's official quickfire podcast as McNamara talks about the threat the Hornets will pose this weekend and how proud he will be to lead Wolves out for the 250th time on Sunday having taken on the reins almost nine years ago.
McNamara also relives one of his highlights from his time in charge which happened to come against Watford back in 2021 as the Old Gold - then fourth tier - claimed an impressive 4-1 FA Cup victory against the hosts who had secured promotion into the second tier.
Goalkeeper Emily Orman also talks to the podcast as she chats about settling into the club having joined Wolves on a season long loan from London City Lionesses, her excitement to be back at SEAH Stadium this weekend and why she believes home form has been important so far this season.
Finally, fellow summer signing Layla Proctor discusses how she's on the road to recovery after suffering an injury in pre-season and how she's coped mentally with the disappointment of picking up an injury in the early weeks at a new club, while revealing a special talent which has helped kept her busy during her time in the sidelines.
Released three tines a week - on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays - during the 2026/27 season, Wolves Express is packed with news, updates and exclusive interviews on both the playing and non-playing side of the club, complementing other offerings of the Official Wolves Podcast and Matchday Live Extra.
