Fanzone set for Civic Hall debut

For the first time, Wolves Fanzone at The Halls will be in the venue’s main room this weekend, bringing bigger build-up to Saturday’s Championship fixture with Watford.

Ahead of Molineux’s first Saturday 3pm kick-off of 2026/27, the doors are being opened to the Civic Hall for Old Gold supporters who want to indulge in the city’s best atmosphere in the lead up to the match.

The Civic Hall will open from 12pm, with the Fanzone remaining open until kick-off, and entry is completely free, with no ticket required.

Moving into the Civic this weekend will mean a bigger space, more bars, additional seating and a bigger stage, with even more special guests than ever before.

A bigger space doesn’t mean the regular popular favourites are gone, as the first 100 supporters through the doors this Saturday will receive a free bacon sandwich!

Additional bars in the Civic Hall mean reduced queuing times for drinks, making it quicker and easier for fans to get served during the busiest periods.

Pints are £6.50, while supporters can also take advantage of the £12.50 pie, chips and pint deal throughout the event. There will also be additional bacons sandwiches available to purchase for supporters that miss the initial run of free baps.

There will be plenty happening on stage too, with the club’s legendary record goalscorer Steve Bull stopping by, while former Wolves defender Scott Golbourne and several Wolves Women stars will also be appearing as special guests, with opportunities for supporters to hear from them and grab photos during the afternoon.

Back by popular demand, live music comes courtesy of Jack Cattell, who returns after his smashing set ahead of the Black Country derby clash, while DJ Ian Cooke will be behind the decks in the build-up to kick-off.

There will also be plenty of opportunities to win special prizes courtesy of Wolf Competitions, who will be playing ‘Spin The Wheel’ to see what can be won, while there will also be club prizes given away on stage at the Fanzone, including a 2026/27 home-shirt signed by Cesar Peixoto’s first-team.

Located in the Civic Hall at University of Wolverhampton at The Halls on North Street, around a 10-minute walk from Molineux, Wolves Fanzone at The Halls provides supporters with an indoor destination to meet friends, enjoy food and drink and build the atmosphere before heading to the stadium.

With a bigger venue this weekend, free entry, free bacon sandwiches for the first 100 supporters, live music, special guests, giveaways and more bars available, supporters are encouraged to arrive early and start their Watford matchday at The Halls.
