Wolves prepare for their second away game this week when they make the short journey across the West Midlands to face Birmingham City.

A sold-out allocation of just under 2,000 supporters will be heading to St Andrew's for the 12pm kick-off on Sunday.

Ticket availability: Tickets for this fixture have sold out.

Ticket delivery: All tickets for this fixture are digital tickets and have been emailed to supporters on Tuesday 2nd September.

Ticketing issues on matchday: In the first instance, please contact our ticket office on 0371 222 1877 before 1pm on Saturday by phone.    

If outside of the opening hours, please visit the home club’s ticket office at the stadium, however the home club will not always be able to assist, and we strongly recommend contacting Wolves prior to this where possible.

A partly cloudy afternoon is forecast on Sunday in Birmingham, with temperatures expected to be around 22 degrees Celsius at the time of kick-off.

Kit information

Birmingham will be wearing their blue home shirt with the white shorts. The goalkeeper will be wearing the green goalkeeper shirt and green shorts.

Wolves will be wearing our 2026/27 white away shirt for the first time this season, along with the black shorts. The goalkeeper will be wearing the yellow goalkeeper shirt and yellow shorts.

Travel and transport

Train: Nearest train station when travelling from Wolverhampton is Birmingham New Street station, with around a 2.4 mile onward journey to St Andrews.

Coach and bus: Official coach travel for this fixture is sold out. It will depart Molineux at 9.45am, we advise supporters to arrive around 30 minutes prior to the departure time.

Driving: M6 eastbound from Wolverhampton, postcode for the stadium is B9 4RL. The estimated journey time is around 50mins via car from Wolverhampton.

Parking: There is no parking available at the ground, only street parking in the vicinity, however there are 500 available spaces through a third party situated near the stadium which can be booked online by clicking here.

Travel disruption

There’s been no reported travel disruption provided to the club for supporters travelling to Birmingham on Sunday, however we would recommend planning the route ahead of travelling.  

Stadium guide

Seating area: Wolves supporters will be located in the Gil Merrick Stand.

Turnstile location: Supporters will need to use the turnstile block 8.  

Turnstiles opening time: Turnstiles are due to open around at 10.30am (around two hours prior to kick-off). Please note, in some instances there can be delays to opening turnstiles.  

Safety and security information

Flags/banners: Supporters who wish to bring any flags and/or banners into the stadium, will need to contact Birmingham directly to ensure that they meet the club’s and stadium’s safety requirements.

Bag policy: We strongly advise not taking a bag to the ground. We would advise contacting fans@bcfc.com for further information.
