Submit tributes for annual memorial fixture

Wolves will once again invite supporters to pay tribute to friends and family members who have passed away over the past 12 months at the club’s fixture against Tottenham Hotspur next month.

This year those who’ve passed will be remembered at Molineux on Saturday 25th April, when Wolves face Spurs at 3pm.

In preparation, supporters are now invited to submit names of friends and family members who have passed, and they will appear on a special video montage shown on the big screens at Molineux ahead of kick-off and at half-time. The same names will also be printed on a dedicated page of the official matchday programme for the fixture.

This year, supporters attending are also encouraged to bring a printed photograph of their loved ones, or a scarf or shirt belonging to them, to hold aloft when the tribute video begins at half‑time.

These can be meaningful moments, and anyone who wishes to take part should feel comfortable to do so. However, supporters are kindly reminded of the club’s bag policy at Molineux, so please remember that no bags larger than A4 size can be permitted.

The tributes provide an alternate way for the club and fans to remember and celebrate the lives of members of the Wolves family who are no longer with us, and an opportunity for loved ones to be remembered either individually or as a group.

Supporters are asked to complete the online form here with the names of loved ones they wish to be remembered on the day.

If you are submitting multiple entries, please resubmit the form for each individual person you wish to be remembered.

The entry form will close at midnight on Sunday 12th April.
