Wolves' opening pre-season fixture sees Vitor Pereira's side travel just a few miles up the M6 to face Stoke City at the Bet365 Stadium.

A sold out allocation of almost 3,400 supporters are heading to Staffordshire for the 3pm kick-off as they look to see the side in action for the first time this season.

Train | Nearest train station is Stoke-on-Trent Railway Station, which is 1.9 miles away from the stadium

Coach & bus | No official coach travel is provided by the club for this fixture.

Car | M6 northbound from Wolverhampton. Postcode for the stadium is ST4 4EG. 

Parking | Plenty of third-party parking is available on matchdays for £6 to 10 (cash only), usually a short walk from the stadium. Arrive early for spots closer to the ground.

Travel disruption

Whilst there has been no reported travel disruption for Saturday, Port Vale will be playing Birmingham City in a pre-season friendly at 1pm, and due to this, public transport in the Stoke-on-Trent area will face a higher demand.

Stadium guide

Away seating area | Wolves supporters will be located in the Caldwell Construction Stand, in Blocks 35 to 38.

Away turnstile location | Turnstiles for away supporters are located in the Caldwell Construction Stand. Please ask nearby stewards if you are unsure of where you will need to enter the ground.

Turnstiles opening time | Turnstiles are due to open at 1.30pm (around 90 minutes prior to kick-off).

Safety and security Information

Flags/banners | Any flags or banners larger than those maximum dimensions permitted by the club from time to time (or, in the absence of such stipulations, 2 metres x 1 metre) and/or of an offensive nature are not allowed into the stadium.

Bag policy | Bags and suitcases are not allowed into the stadium.

Searches and bag checks | All fans will go through security checks and bag searches upon entry to the stadium.

Matchday programme

At the ground | Matchday programmes will be available around the ground at various kiosks for the cost of £3.50.

Online | Supporters can purchase programmes online before or after the game through the supplier Curtis Sport. These can be purchased by clicking here.

Accessible information

Accessibility seating | Accessible seats in the high-level viewing platform that can be requested if required.

Recommendations for limited mobility | Supporters with limited mobility who are only able to climb a couple of steps at a very maximum are recommended to sit around rows 11 and 12. Rows 13 upwards are all safe standing and not recommended for anyone with limited mobility. Rows 12 and below are all seated, however rows 11 and 12 have the least amount of steps required to enter.

Accessible parking | For pre-season matches, this will be available on a first-come-first-served basis and will cost £10 cash only on the gate.

Nearby parking | There is plenty of third-party parking around the ground on a matchday which is usually cash only and varies from around £6 to 10. Most of this parking does require a short walk to the stadium, however those that get here earlier are more likely to get a space closer to the stadium.

Assistance dogs | Assistance dogs are allowed in the stadium and any supporter travelling with an assistance dog is advised to sit in the high-level platform, as there’s more space available there. A bowl of water can also be provided for the dog if required.

Wheelchair accessible platforms | Away end wheelchair bays are situated in the high-level platform. These will be at the top, behind the rest of the away supporters.
