Fanzone open before Portsmouth clash

The Wolves Fanzone at The Halls will once again open its doors tomorrow evening to provide the pre-match hub for supporters ahead of Wolves’ clash with Portsmouth at Molineux.

The Old Gold are back home and looking to build on the win over Burnley, and supporters heading to the city centre early can start building the atmosphere from 4.45pm, so why not head straight from work for a pre-match drink?

Entry is free, no tickets required, and there will be plenty of giveaways and prizes on offer throughout the evening.

As Wolves celebrate Black History Month at Molineux, some of the pioneering Black players from the club’s 150 years will be at the Fanzone including George Berry, Bob Hazell, Don Gardner, Scott Golbourne and Joe Jackson. They’ll all be on stage and available for photos afterwards.

The Fanzone at the Halls is located in the thick of the city on North Street, a short walk to Molineux, and additional bars will be offering food and drink – pints are £6.50 and the £12.50 pie, chips and pint deal will be available.

Singer-songwriter Jack Rees was well received against Bolton Wanderers and is back with more live music, playing a range of familiar tunes, while DJ Ian Davies and host Dick Dodd will bring further entertainment.

Big giveaways will give supporters lots of chances to win, with winners announced on stage – look out for the QR codes, entry is free of charge, and you’ll automatically be in the hat for multiple prize draws throughout the evening.

With free entry, live music, special guests, giveaways and more bars available, supporters are encouraged to arrive early and enjoy the pre-match build up at The Halls.
